We’re hosting a private tasting party for Renovus customers, and folks who are looking into going solar in Central NY.
We’ll be reserving a tasting room, and embarking on a guided cider tasting and food pairing menu. When all is said and done, Renovus will say a few words about an upcoming community solar project we’re going to break ground on within weeks of our event.
Its our pleasure to host the Central NY community, share some local libations, and educate the masses about how the energy landscape is changing in central ny.

THE LOCATION - Beak and Skiff Orchards
Beak and Skiff orchards in Lafayette is one of the largest and most productive apple orchards in the country. For more than 100 years, the family operated business had grown to produce some of the finest quality produce in NYS.
They started crafting cider and spirits more than 10 years ago, and now its flagship brand; 1911, is one of the most popular cider brands in the Northeast.
Handcrafting award-winning spirits and hard ciders starts with their apple trees, and carries on a family business established over 100 years ago. From tree to Cider Mill, Cider Mill to Cider House or Distillery, the entire process takes place on their orchard in Lafayette, New York.
